1. Introduction
Welcome to Ontu eBook. By using this website or buying any of our printable activity kits for children, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
Publisher & operator: This website and the eBook are published by Ontu Technologies, a sole proprietorship registered in India (Proprietor: Md Faiyaz Ansari) (the "Publisher"). The author of the eBook is Md Faiyaz Ansari. Contact: admin@ontu.in.
2. Your Licence to Print
Once your payment is complete you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download the PDF and print its pages as often as you like for the children in your own family or classroom. Any free bonus pack included with your order is covered by the same licence.
What is not allowed: sharing the file with anyone outside your household or class, reselling it, redistributing it, uploading it to any website, cloud drive, file-sharing service, marketplace or app, selling prints made from it, or reproducing any part of it in another product — in each case without written permission from the publisher.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All text, original illustrations, characters, page layouts and branding elements are copyright © 2026 Md Faiyaz Ansari / Ontu Technologies. All rights reserved. Your purchase is a personal-use licence, not a transfer of copyright: you may print the pages as often as you like for the children in your own family or classroom, but you may not share the file, resell it, redistribute it, upload it anywhere, or sell prints made from it.
4. Educational & Non-Advisory Nature
Our kits are printable activity books for children — pages for colouring, tracing, drawing, counting, matching and simple puzzles, intended for creative play and pencil-control practice. They are not a curriculum, a test or an assessment, and we make no claim about any educational, developmental or behavioural outcome. Suggested ages describe the difficulty of the pages, not a standard. Adult supervision is required, and an adult should do or supervise all cutting on the pages marked with a scissors icon.
5. Checkout Data
To deliver your purchase we collect your name, email address and mobile number at checkout. This data is used to deliver the eBook, issue your invoice, provide support and maintain your order account, and is retained as long as required for these purposes and applicable tax/accounting law. 6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
