Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Delivery

Because Ontu eBook products are instant digital downloads (PDF format), access is granted immediately upon successful completion of payment.

2. Refund Guidelines

Due to the irreversible nature of digital content delivery:

• Standard Purchases: Digital eBook sales are generally final once the download file has been accessed or downloaded.
• Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally billed twice for the same transaction, we will issue a 100% refund for the duplicate charge upon verification.
• Technical Access Issues: If you experience technical issues downloading the PDF file after payment, our support team will re-issue your download link or manually deliver the PDF file via email within 24 hours.

3. Requesting Assistance

To request support for duplicate payments or download access issues, please email our support desk at admin@ontu.in with your transaction ID and purchase email.
